Steak Avocado Chimichurri

Chimichurri sauce:

1 Flank steak
1 R.G. Avocado, diced
1 tbsp Garlic
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Cilantro
Black pepper & Salt
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

Instructions:

1. Combine parsley, garlic, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely chopped, and garlic is minced.


2. Transfer herbs to a medium bowl and stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar. Add diced R.G. avocado and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

3. Serve the chimichurri with the steak and enjoy!
